Effective November 6, 2026. TH3ATR3 is published by Mitchell Davis Burns / EVERPLAY.
TH3ATR3 collects no data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We run no server that your app talks to.
Your projects, scripts, portraits, and voice recordings are created and stored on your device. Rendering happens on your device. Nothing you make is uploaded to us or to anyone else.
After the one-time unlock, the app can connect to a small helper program running on your own computer, over your own local network, paired with a code shown on that computer. This connection is between your phone and your computer only. We are not in the middle of it, and we receive nothing from it.
The unlock is bought through Apple. We never see your payment details.
If you email us, we receive what you send. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you wrote about.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
